2023 Paper Entry Forms WINE entry form: DISTILLED SPIRITS entry form: The forms can be printed and filled out manually, or downloaded to fill out on your computer, saved and sent as an email attachement, or printed to be mailed. If you have difficulty downloading the form, feel free to request that one be emailed to you. Send entry form and fee to: Critics Challenge 315 16th Street, Suite B San Diego, CA 92101-7605 OR Email to Critics_Challenge@yahoo.com (underscore between Critics and Challenge) Keep a copy of the completed entry form for your records and enclose a copy in your shipment. If you include credit card information on the form, black it out on the shipping copy. We will also offer the option of entering online using the third party sites EnofileOnline.com for Wines and TheDataStill.com for Distilled Spirits. Fees for Entries made on online can be paid online, or payment can be made by mailing a check (Make check payable to Wine Cellar Productions; Note Critics Challenge on memo line), or by sending credit card informatin by mil, email, fax or phone. Entering wines online is considered an official entery at the time they are submitted. If you must cancel after you have entered be sure to log on to withdraw the entries promptly. Entry fees are due at time of entry. NOTE: Receiving Dept opens at 10am so do not specify "priority" or morning delivery. You are welcome to add the competition email to shipping tracking information. For shipments sent by pallet please note that this location does not have a loading dock so specify truck must have lift gate. Wines and Spirits MUST BE RECEIVED no later than June 16, 2023.
