Rayyis is the author of five editions of Food & Wine Magazine's
Wine Guide (2002-2006). He is currently writing Wine Guide 2007.
His work has appeared in several magazines, including Food &
Wine, Departures, Wine & Spirits, and Wine Enthusiast, as
well as The New York Times, Fodors, and several internet publications.
Beyond wine, Jamal is also at work on his first novel, based on
family experiences during the genocide of Armenians during WWI.
He is based in New York City.
